Start the New Year off on the right foot! Use yoga to restore and renew your spirits—it is a great way to release tension & stress and boost radiance. Make sure you wear loose and comfortable clothing. Bring your own yoga mat and tension strap to class.

Integral Tai Chi

Improve balance, strength and energy for the new year with Integral Tai Chi, a combination of Qigong and Tai Chi. Participants will learn and practice “Eight Pieces of Silk Brocade” (Ba Duan Jin), a qigong form which stretches and lengthens the muscles and nourishes the internal organs. Study of the Yang 24-form will be the focus of the Tai Chi portion of each class. No prior experience in qigong or tai chi is required..

You owe it to yourself to do whatever you can to live a better life  today.

This is the perfect class for you if you'd like the stretch and de-stress of yoga, but have trouble getting up from the floor. Learn basic poses and stretches that will strengthen your m ind and body. Wear clothing for freedom of movement (no jeans). Please bring a yoga mat and a tension strap (neckties or bathrobe sashes work nicely).
